Founder Story
Proving That Fitness and a Demanding Career Can Coexist
For most of my life, I always found a way to stay fit – even through the intensity of my consulting career and into my mid-40s. I spent more than two decades in executive leadership, responsible for major projects, international teams, and constant deadlines. I know exactly what it feels like to live out of a suitcase, to work 60-hour weeks, and to carry the weight of responsibility for others.
And yet, I managed to stay fit. Not because it was easy, but because I understood how vital strength, energy, and health are to performing at the highest level. I learned that fitness is not about endless hours in the gym — it’s about having a clear system, consistency, and the discipline to prioritise yourself even when everything else demands your time.
That experience is the foundation of BP Coaching.
I created the 4 Pillars System – Nutrition, Movement, Strength, Consistency – to give other high performers the same ability: to achieve and maintain peak fitness without compromising their career.
This is not theory. It’s a system proven in real life, designed by someone who lived the same pressures you face today.
Today, I personally coach every client. Together with Nadin, who ensures a seamless client experience, and our knowledge partners, we deliver a boutique, founder-led coaching service.
